Orders placed before 4 PM EST (Monday–Friday) ship the same day.
Orders placed after 4 PM ship the next business day.
Please allow extra time during holidays.

We offer calculated USPS and UPS rates at checkout so you always pay the best available shipping price for your order.

Estimated Delivery Times

• USPS Ground Advantage: 2–5 business days

• USPS Priority Mail: 1–3 business days

• UPS Ground: 1–5 business days

• UPS 2-Day Air: 2 business days

• UPS Next Day Air: 1 business day

Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email.

🔄 Returns & Refunds

Your herbs should arrive fresh and carefully packed. If there’s any issue, please reach out within 7 days.

✅ Unopened Items
We accept returns on unopened products within 14 days. Buyer covers return shipping unless we made a mistake.

🚫 Opened or Used Items
Due to health & safety, we can’t accept returns on opened herbal products.

💳 Refunds
Once we receive your return, we’ll process your refund within 3–5 business days.

📦 Bulk Orders

How We Pack Bulk Herbs

• Orders over 9 lbs of a single herb will be packaged in one bulk bag.

• If you prefer 1 lb bags, please request this in your order notes at checkout.

🗓️ Order Changes & Cancellations

Please check your cart carefully before placing your order.
If you need to change or cancel, contact us right away — we’ll do our best, but changes can’t be guaranteed once your order is packed.
If your order has shipped, we may be able to reroute it — just reach out quickly.
